((brian loftus)) a construction worker was killed after a scaffolding collapsed at tivoli village. according to emergency crews, one worker fell with the scaffold... and two other workers jumped to safety. when firefighters arrived at the scene, they found the man dead from the fall: (( tim szymanski / lvfr: "any time you have a construction accident, if a person falls more than 12 feet at a construction site // we're beings are just not designed for falling those distances." )) ((brian loftus)) >> osha is investigating the accident. tivoli village management has stopped all construction at the site... and says they will only resume when it's safe again. they also promised to fully cooperate with the investigation. tivoli village released a statement, saying they're shocked and saddened of what happened... and express their condolences to the family. /// ((michelle mortensen)) little could be done.. after a child was killed by a

louisiana for the first time since major flooding ravaged the state this month. he's faced a lot of criticism for not cutting his vacation short to visit the state earlier. donald trump visited the area last week...and handed out relief supplies to victims. more than 100- thousand people have registered so far for federal disaster aid. /// ((michelle mortensen)) now to florida ... where the investigation into a deadly gator attack at disney world is nearing its end. according to a report ... 2-year-old lane graves was grabbed by a gator in a predatory attack when he bent the gator grabbed the boy ... and the boys father ... tried to pry the gator's mouth open... to free him. the report also states a man alerted staff about the gators 45- minutes before the attack happened. since the incident, disney has added additional measures in an effort to secure the beach. /// ((brian loftus)) u-s swimmer ryan lochte has lost several key sponsors... after his made- up robbery story in rio. ralph lauren and speedo have

the ramps at eastern and 215 have been the subject of a few of these segments. i have some good news though. the county plans to fix the pavement along the eastern ramps to 21 some time soon. the off-ramp to south eastern will be widened, and eastern from wigwam to warm springs will also be addressed. the county says there will be public outreach with this project including a website, after that's all done, the county will turn its attention to the portion of eastern between desert inn and warm springs. an improvement project will be designed this fall, and then construction will begin when funding is available. what's driving you crazy? remember, you can write me at.
